At Reeve Industries LLC, we are committed to providing thorough and transparent service solutions for our clients. Our aim is to guarantee that each client receives clear and accurate information about the services we provide. From the initial diagnosis to the final payment, we emphasize transparency and open communication. Below, you will find a comprehensive outline of our service process and billing practices.
Diagnostic Charge
Our service process typically begins with a diagnostic charge, which is generally equivalent to one hour of labor. However, this fee may increase for more complex issues or when multiple concerns are present. It is important to note that certain services, such as accessory installation, do not require a diagnostic fee.
Travel Time
For all mobile work performed, we charge for travel time. This is billed at an hourly rate multiplied by the time taken for our technician(s) to reach your location. For projects requiring more than three hours of labor, travel time is charged both ways, referred to
as "port to port". For jobs under three hours, the charge is one-way only.
Labor Charges
We implement a one-hour minimum labor charge per invoice. In addition to our one-hour minimum labor charge policy, we strive to provide transparent and detailed explanations for all service-related expenses. This proactive approach helps clients understand the
scope of work and associated costs, promoting trust and clarity. Our technician(s) are trained to communicate effectively, ensuring that every aspect of the service process is explained thoroughly. This includes discussing potential additional repairs that may arise during diagnostic service, as well as offering guidance on the repair timeline and any necessary parts procurement. We believe that informed clients are satisfied clients, and we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service that meets and exceeds expectations.
Diagnostic and Repair Process
In certain instances, diagnostics may necessitate addressing one issue to reveal another. It is essential to recognize that no diagnostic can guarantee the absence of additional repairs beyond the initial estimate. Once diagnostics are complete, our technicians will assess the necessary parts and labor required to repair your unit. They will then provide an updated estimate for the total repair cost, with each concern's parts and labor itemized on the invoice to allow for individual approval or denial.
Parts Ordering and Payment
If you approve the repair, we will order the necessary parts and schedule the repair upon their arrival. Depending on the cost, an upfront parts payment may be required. In some cases, this payment may be combined with the diagnostic charge to minimize the
number of separate payments per invoice.
Final Payment and Authorization
Upon completion of the repair, payment for any remaining balance is due before the technician(s) leave the location. By signing the service agreement, you authorize Reeve Industries LLC to perform the necessary services to diagnose and repair your unit(s) and
agree to make payments promptly as specified. Additionally, you commit to addressing any dissatisfaction directly with the company, refraining from damaging the name or reputation of Reeve Industries LLC. We are committed to maintaining open communication and amicably resolving any issues that may arise.
Thank you for choosing Reeve Industries LLC for your repair needs.
